Plavnick is General Counsel and Vice President of Entopia, Inc. Most recently, he was Director of Legal and Business Operations for Sybase, Inc. He has 24 years of experience in business and corporate law.
Prior to Sybase, Mr. Plavnick was Vice President and General Counsel of Intellidex Systems LLC and a Partner at Demakis & Plavnick PA. Previously, he was Program Director of the United States Ski Association.
Mr. Plavnick received a degree in Business Administration and Journalism and a JD from Suffolk University.
