Paul Eitelman

Mr. Paul S.
Eitelman, CFA, is a Global Chief Investment Strategist at Russell Investment Management LLC.
He joined in March 2015 and leads the firm’s global team of investment strategists.
In this role he is responsible for Russell Investments’ economic outlook and the cycle, value, sentiment framework which guides tactical positioning for the firm’s actively managed funds.
Mr. Eitelman was previously employed as a Vice President & Senior Economist at J.P.
Morgan Private Bank in New York, where his global macroeconomic research drove asset allocation decisions on behalf of the firm’s ultra high net worth clients.
He began his career at the Federal Reserve Board, where he was the lead economic analyst for several emerging market economies in Latin America and Southeast Asia.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware and a Master of Arts in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
