Prior to joining CSC Upshot, Victor worked at Xerox, PARC in Corporate Strategy/M&A and in BizOps & Strategy at YuMe (acquired by RhythmOne); Victor began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management group.
He holds a BA in Accounting from University of Washington.
