Poda Holdings, Inc., formerly Poda Lifestyle & Wellness Ltd., is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in the design, development, and production of a new and improved heat-not-burn (HNB) technology for the consumption of tobacco and other materials. It has developed a multi-substrate heated capsule technology that uses proprietary biodegradable single-use capsules. It is manufacturing both the Poda heating device and the Poda pods. Its HNB platform prevents cross-contamination between the heating devices and the pods, eliminating all cleaning requirements. The Company’s product includes Beyond Burn Poda Pods that contains a tobacco-free blend of pelletized tea leaves infused with synthetic nicotine, which provides adult smokers with a smoke-free alternative to their regular habit. The Beyond Burn Poda Pods mimics the sensorial experience of traditional cigarettes without the smoke, without the smell, and without the tobacco.
